Taco Connects with Industry Professionals and Supports Technical Education at Eastern Energy Expo

by | May 27, 2026 | Events, News

Taco was proud to attend this year’s Eastern Energy Expo at Mohegan Sun, where contractors, OEMs, educators, and industry professionals came together to discuss the future of the evolving energy industry.

As a Technical Sponsor of the event, we played an active role both on the show floor and in educational programming throughout the expo. Our team connected with attendees to showcase solutions engineered for performance, efficiency, and reliability, including our industry-leading ECM circulators, zone controls, and LeakBreaker® protection. Across every conversation, the focus remained on helping professionals succeed in real-world applications.

One of the highlights of the event was our technical session, Real World Circulator Troubleshooting, Replacement, Installation, and Setup, led by Product & Application Instructor Dave Holdorf. The session drew a strong turnout and provided practical, hands-on guidance for sizing, selecting, and installing circulators with confidence in the field.

As the industry continues preparing for the transition to the high-efficiency circulator standard in May 2028, we remain committed to supporting contractors and engineers with dependable solutions, technical expertise, and training built around real-world jobsite challenges.

Our time at Eastern Energy Expo also served as a philanthropic effort that focused on supporting technical education and the next generation of skilled tradespeople. During the show, we donated equipment to Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School (BVT), a local high school in Massachusetts, to help expand hands-on learning opportunities in the classroom.

Students had the opportunity to visit our booth, experience products up close, and gain exposure to the systems and technology they will eventually encounter in the field. According to HVAC Instructor Daniel Morin, the donation will help create additional workstations and provide more students with hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting pumps and controls.

For BVT instructors, the added equipment also helps ease budget limitations while enhancing opportunities for practical, skills-based learning. By giving students greater access to real-world systems and applications, the donation helps build confidence and prepare them for careers in the trades.

From the show floor to the classroom, our presence at Eastern Energy Expo reflected our continued commitment to supporting the professionals who keep systems running every day. Through dependable products, technical education, and strong industry partnerships, we remain focused on advancing the industry.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, attended our session, and helped make this year’s Eastern Energy Expo a success.
