Designing and Controlling Residential Domestic Hot Water Recirculation Systems - 1 PDH

Presented by John Barba, Dave Holdorf, and Jason Kockx

Just how important is proper design for domestic hot water recirculation systems? Well, it’s very important, but not for the reasons you might think. While an undersized recirculation pump can be problematic, an oversized one can be downright catastrophic.

In this fast-paced, fact-filled hour, you’ll learn how to properly size a domestic hot water recirculation pump and how to control its operation to make sure your customers have hot water when they want it.

ECM Circulators Out of the Basement (Part 1) – 1 PDH

Presented by John Barba, Dave Holdorf, and Jason Kockx

In this one-hour webinar, we are leaving the residential (sort-of) basement and dive into the larger world of ECM circulators. Sometimes you just need more (ok, a lot more) than what the 0015e3 can do. The VR circulators have performances up to 65 foot of head and out to 320 gallons per minute, with the programmable buttons and the interface, the options are endless between a simple fixed speed operation to variable speed operation for use in those larger systems like snowmelt and those much, much bigger homes and projects. This session is going to focus on the different modes and the associated piping systems the work with.
